Film fans in the East Midlands are in with a chance of earning a £5 reward if they watch three action movies this summer at Showcase Cinemas.

The cinema giant has screens in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.

The offer is available to all Showcase Insider members from now until July 19, with qualifying films including the must-see action-comedy film, The Fall Guy, Bad Boys Ride or Die, featuring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, and disaster movie sequel Twisters

The offer will also include the latest release in the Mad Max and Planet of the Apes franchises, Furiosa (24th May) and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (out now), plus Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt in The Fall Guy (out now).

To claim the reward, customers will need to be an Insider member* and watch at least three of the five action films on or before July 19.

Anyone who isn’t currently a member can sign up for free via the Showcase website. Insider members receive exclusive discounts, earn rewards on all transactions, and get access to members only advanced screenings.

Jon Dixon, UK Marketing Director at Showcase Cinemas, said: “We have some unmissable blockbusters being released over the next couple of months, so we’re delighted to offer film fans a reward on us.

“Showcase Insider is completely free and gives members exclusive offers and discounted admission, it’s perfect for any cinema lover.”

Those who enjoy the action-packed cinema offerings within the time limit will be credited with £5 to their Showcase Insider account, which they can then put towards film tickets or refreshments at Showcase Cinemas nationwide.
