Derby’s Primark store announces city centre relocation plans with new store in The Derbion set to open in 2027

The Derby branch of Primark is set to get a new home in 2027 when it makes the move to The Derbion shopping centre.

The budget brand is currently based in the city centre’s Cornmarket and their relocated store is expected to open in the first half of 2027.

The relocation forms part of a wider redevelopment of the centre, with Primark and Derbion both stumping up the cash to pay for improvements.
