Doors swing open on March 27 (The store will officially open at 9am), and VS is basically throwing a three‑day party to celebrate — DJ sets, freebies, personalised PJs, engraved perfumes… it’s giving “treat yourself,” it’s giving “girls’ day out,” it’s giving soft life unlocked.

And another thing — and this is real — they’re calling every person named Victoria to pull up. Like, if your name is Victoria, Vicky, Tori, Queen V, whatever… they basically want you to roll in like you’re headlining the event. Bring ID. Bring confidence. Bring the vibe of someone who hasn’t answered an email since 2020 – and you will be rewarded with in-store surprises.

Outside, there’s a matcha cart. Inside, there’s a photo booth. Everywhere, there’s pink. The first shoppers can bag limited‑edition gifts, and anyone booking a bra fitting might just win a £250 gift card, which is basically the universe saying, “go buy something cute.”

The new Victoria’s Secret standalone store opens this weekend in Nottingham

This weekend is set to be the ultimate Victoria takeover, and Nottingham? She’s ready.

The American company replaces Superdry on Victoria Centre’s lower mall, which has been empty since the retailer relocated to Lister Gate back in September 2025.

Nigel Wheatley, Centre Director at Victoria Centre, said: “The arrival of Victoria’s Secret is a fantastic addition to our fashion offer and we’re looking forward to welcoming shoppers for the opening and inviting all the Victorias in the area to come down and be part of the celebrations.”

Nicola Reeve, Head of Retail at Victoria’s Secret UK, said: “We’re delighted to be opening our new store at Victoria Centre later this March.

“Nottingham is a vibrant city with a strong retail scene and one of the UK’s largest student populations, making it a fantastic location for our next opening. Victoria Centre has firmly established itself as a leading fashion destination in the city, and we’re looking forward to welcoming both fans of the brand and new visitors to our new store.”
