Highcross Leicester is levelling up its shopping line-up this spring, with Office and PURESEOUL both confirmed to be opening brand‑new stores.

First up: PURESEOUL. The cult‑favourite Korean beauty retailer is bringing its much‑loved skincare and beauty brands to Leicester for the very first time, marking its East Midlands debut. The store is set to open in early May, and you’ll find it on the lower mall near Ernest Jones.

If you’re already deep into the K‑beauty rabbit hole (or about to be), PURESEOUL is known for stocking viral brands like Torriden, Milktouch, Medicube and Sungboon. From trend‑driven skincare to innovative ingredients and expert in‑store advice, it’s basically a must‑visit for anyone whose TikTok is flooded with glass‑skin routines.

The arrival of PURESEOUL is another sign that Highcross is leaning hard into what shoppers actually want right now: trend‑led brands that feel fresh, exciting and internet‑approved.

Office is returning to Highcross in the coming weeks

And it’s not just beauty fans who should be excited. Office is officially coming back to Highcross, with a brand‑new store opening on the upper mall in mid‑April.

Known for its edit of fashion‑forward footwear, Office is a go‑to for anyone after the latest styles from major global brands — plus its own signature collections. Its return is a big win for Leicester’s fashion scene and adds even more weight to Highcross’ growing style credentials.

Speaking about the new arrivals, Michelle Menezes, Centre Director at Highcross Leicester, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming PURESEOUL to Highcross for its East Midlands debut, as well as seeing Office return to the centre. Both brands bring something fresh and exciting to our line-up.”

She added that PURESEOUL is a standout addition to the centre’s beauty offer, while Office’s return is something many shoppers will be very happy to see.

Once open, the two new stores will sit alongside major fashion and beauty names already at Highcross, including Lush, Jo Malone and Clarins, as well as footwear favourites Timberland, Schuh and Clarks.

Basically: more beauty, more fashion, more reasons to “just pop into town” and accidentally spend all your money.
