A new event and hospitality space will be built behind the existing Rilmac Stand, providing a covered area for supporters on match days. The space will feature a large bar to increase service options and speed, and will hold up to 350 people for conferences and events.

The first floor of the stadium will provide corporate, conference and banqueting hospitality options, with the existing executive boxes to be replaced with new outdoor seating. This will also increase the stadium’s capacity, which currently stands at 10,669.

The stadium’s Fan Village concessions will also move to the southeast corner, alongside a new interactive activity area. The new Fan Village will feature two large permanent screens, while a new screen will be fitted inside the stadium itself and the public address system will be replaced.

Additionally, a new community space will be created alongside the club shop and ticket office in the Greenlinc Renewables Stand. It will be open throughout the week, as well as on match days.

Seats in the Greenlinc Renewables Stand and the Stacey West Stand will also be replaced, with changes to be made to the safety barriers to improve access and remove obstacles to line of sight.
