Bistro Live has announced it has officially shut the doors on its Leicester and Nottingham venues for good

Sad times.

Bistro Live has announced it has officially shut the doors on its Leicester and Nottingham venues for good after 25 years in business.

Bistro Live entered administration in October 2025 with the the business and assets eventually being sold to FM Hospitality and the decision to close its venues has now been made.

The doors were shut for the last time on January 31 and this ‘incredibly difficult’ decision has now been confirmed by owners.

Bistro Live had ran sites in Nottingham, Leicester and Milton Keynes for 25 years.

All future bookings have now been cancelled and customers who paid deposits or made advance payments have been told that refund guidance will be provided in due course.

In a statement, the owners said: “After much reflection, and with very heavy hearts, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to permanently close Bistro Live after 25 unforgettable years.

“We are deeply proud of what we created, and grateful for every moment shared within these walls.”

“To every customer who danced on our tables, celebrated milestones with us, supported us through the years or recommended us to friends — thank you”.

Company owners said they are ‘still making decisions’ about refunds for future bookings.
