THEY’RE BACK: Big Weekenders return to Butlin’s Skegness resort

Butlin’s has announced its headliners for its 2025 Big Weekenders at its Skegness resort, with Matt Goss and Busted’s Charlie Simpson among those performing in the new year.

The getaway resort giant has now included even more in the price of a Big Weekender in 2025, with three-nights’ accommodation, access to all music venues with the incredible headline acts and DJs, pool parties, silent discos, Bingo Bango and plenty of brand-new activities. 

New daytime activities include Day Time Raves, Singalong quizzes and Legend Tribute shows from Shoasis, Ultimate Coldplay and Re-Take That. There’s also Saddle Up line dancing, Soul Stroll and Sunday Singalongs with acts such as Shaun Williamson’s Barrioke, Massaoke and Pat Sharp for the Sunday survivors.  

For the ultimate clubbing experience on a Big Weekender, the Club Classics nights, featuring themes such as Cream, Back 2 Beefa and Underground Sounds, will keep the party going even longer.

15 different break types dedicated to music from popular decades and genres have now been planned across the year.

Headliners for 2025 include new names Charlie Simpson and Matt Goss alongside returning favourites Peter Andre, B*Witched, Blue, East 17, and many more.  

Dance Weekenders will feature some of the biggest names in the dance scene with headline artists such as Charlie Hedges, Sigala, Mistajam and Artful Dodger, bringing the best EDM, house and techno music.

Devoted Weekenders are dedicated to specific music genres, such as Soul Weekenders featuring acts such as Billy Ocean, Mica Paris and Soul II Soul, and niche events including Bootleg Ball Tribute weekends featuring iconic artists’ tribute acts. 

So, how much will it cost me?

Butlin’s is offering a three-night Replay Weekender exclusively for adults featuring Blue, Charlie Simpson and Tinchy Stryder, plus many more from £91pp on February 28, 2025. Price is based on four sharing a two-bedroom Comfort Room in Skegness and includes access to live music venues and activities like pool parties and silent discos. Dining packages start from £34.95 per adult, per day.  

A three-night We Love Ibiza Weekender exclusively for adults is taking place that will Mistajam, Sigala and Artful Dodger, plus many more from £93pp. It begins on March 21, 2025 and the price is based on four sharing a two-bedroom Comfort Room in Skegness and includes access to live music venues and activities like pool parties and silent discos. Dining packages start from £34.95 per adult, per day.  

A three-night Back To The 2000s Weekender exclusively for adults is also planned for October and will feature A1, Boyzlife and Amelle presents Sugababes Overload. Priced begin at £125pp and the event starts on October 31, 2025. Price is based on four sharing a two-bedroom Comfort Room in Skegness and includes access to live music venues and activities like pool parties and silent discos. Dining packages start from £34.95 per adult, per day.
