A popular Leicester pub and hotel, the Mill on the Soar, has been reopened to the public following a six-figure renovation to repair and update the interior after severe flooding earlier this year.

The team will welcomed customers back on Friday (4) and they got to see the Broughton Astley site rejuvenated, showcasing improvements throughout.

Situated on Coventry Road, the Hungry Horse pub has been redecorated to include a fresh new look for the brand, including improvements to the function room and bar.

Guests will benefit from a new menu, self-serve coffee machine and new furniture.

“This refurbishment project has given us the opportunity to enhance every aspect of our offering to our customers and we hope our visitors will enjoy the new look and feel. We can’t wait to welcome them back.”

Guests of the Mill on the Soar can enjoy an extensive new menu from Pub Classics like Fish and Chips, to Super Specials such as Lamb Kofta Flatbread and Tandoori Chicken Sizzler.
