Insomnia Cookies reveals plans to open Nottingham City Centre store in the new year – and they will deliver warm, delicious cookies to your home until 3am in the morning

Cult dessert brand, Insomnia Cookies, has confirmed it will be soon be serving its late-night treats to the people of Nottingham next summer

Renowned stateside for delivering warm, delicious cookies until the early hours, the brand has built a legion of loyal fans in the UK thanks to its indulgent menu that includes everything from chocolate CHUNK (#ChunksNotChips) to Reese’s Peanut Butter and Biscoff.

Their stores also offer seasonal specials, including the fan favourite Red Velvet Cookie for Valentine’s Day – which are dished up alongside the famous cookie’wich, cookie shakes, ice cream, and a host of other sweet treats.

Insomnia Cookies delivery drivers will drop off the freshly baked, warm goods to your door until 3am – and if you want to get personal, you can build your very own customised box filled with your favourite flavours. 

The cult US bakery chain will be opening on Angel Row at the end of summer with the new site opening until 3am on selected days.

Founded in 2003, Insomnia Cookies is the brainchild of founder Seth Berkowitz, who dreamt up the idea while he was a college student looking for late-night snacks. Insomnia Cookies now boasts more than 300 bakeries across North America and has expanded rapidly in the UK in the last year. The new opening will join three locations in Manchester and a newly opened store in Sheffield.  

Millie Ralston, senior marketing manager at Insomnia Cookies said: “We are counting down the days until we open our doors in Nottingham. Since we landed in the UK our cookies have grown to match the US fandom and now we’re delighted to bring delicious, warm cookies hand-delivered to more doorsteps all day and late into the night.”
