The much-loved presenter will bring his Lions and Tigers and Bears live show to The Engine Shed on Tuesday, March 2, 2027 as part of a 40-date UK tour.

After selling out theatres since February 2025, the show promises an evening of jaw-dropping stories and behind-the-scenes moments, as Buchanan shares encounters with some of the planet’s most extraordinary animals — from pandas and polar bears to grizzlies, lions, tigers and jaguars.

“I’m very excited to be touring again and can’t wait to come to Lincoln,” Buchanan says.

“The response over the past two years has been brilliant — it’s going to be great to get back on the road and meet more animal lovers.”

Often dubbed Scotland’s answer to David Attenborough, Buchanan has spent decades filming wildlife in some of the most remote corners of the world, from the Amazon rainforest to the Himalayas. His work has included Big Cat Diary, Lost Land Of The… and most recently Big Cats 24/7 for the BBC.

Expect adventure, stunning visuals and plenty of close encounters — all delivered with Buchanan’s trademark passion for the natural world.
