Loganair is set to launch a new route connecting Jersey with the East Midlands, giving us a fresh option for summer trips.
The UK regional airline will begin operating flights between Jersey and East Midlands Airport from Sunday, May 31, as part of a wider expansion across the Channel Islands.
Fares for the new East Midlands connection will start from £94.
Loganair said the new route forms part of a major investment aimed at strengthening links between island communities and the UK mainland, while making it easier for both tourists and business travellers to move between regions.

Ronnie Matheson, Loganair’s chief commercial officer, said the airline was ‘looking forward to playing an important role’ in boosting visitor numbers to Jersey.
He added that the airline has a long history of connecting regional destinations and wants to provide more choice for UK travellers heading to the island.
East Midlands Airport says it expects strong demand for the route, describing Jersey as a ‘really popular destination’ for those after an island getaway.
Commercial director Adam Andrews said the airport was ‘thrilled’ to offer daily flights to Jersey, adding that the route also opens up easier access to the Midlands for Jersey residents.
Passengers flying with Loganair will get a 21kg baggage allowance included in the ticket price, along with access to connections across its wider network.
The airline also offers onward travel through partnerships with major international carriers including Emirates, Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines, allowing passengers to book connecting journeys on a single ticket.
It comes after Loganair was named the UK’s most punctual major airline for arrivals and departures between January and September 2025, with 81% of flights on time, well above the industry average.
The new Jersey to East Midlands route will run throughout the summer season.
