Deco and DJ Katie Owen join scorching line-up for summer shows at Lincoln Castle

This summer’s at Live at Lincoln Castle is heating up with the addition of two more special guests to the line-up.

TK Maxx presents Live at Lincoln Castle have added 80s-inspired contemporary pop act Deco and rising DJ star Katie Owen to this year’s scorching line up.

Katie Owen will get the party started on Saturday June 20, firing up the crowd ahead of a sold‑out night with global music legend Billy Ocean with special guest Marti Pellow.

Deco will bring their vibrant, retro-tinged sound to Lincoln Castle on Thursday, June 25 making them the perfect opener alongside the already announced Lottery Winners for beloved pop icon Rick Astley.

On the festival circuit, Katie has performed nationwide, supporting artists including Kasabian, Sam Fender, Rick Astley and Blossoms. Now she brings her infectious energy to Lincoln to open for soul legend Billy Ocean, priming the crowd for an unforgettable summer night.

Formed in 2011, Deco have built a loyal fan base thanks to their 80s-inspired sound and fun-time stage shows. Their vibrant, retro‑tinged party-pop sound mixed with a fresh contemporary edge makes them a perfect fit for the iconic hits of Rick Astley.

Their viral 80s mashups and sea shanty covers won widespread acclaim and attention online in 2020, followed in 2024 by debut album Destination: I Don’t Know. Fronted by lead singer Max Kendall, Deco are renowned for their energetic live shows, from intimate record store sets to headline tours.

Rick Astley and Billy Ocean join the likes of Alex James’ Brit Pop Classical, Deacon Blue, Paul Weller, McFLY, Madness and Tom Grennan among the headliners for TK Maxx presents Live At Lincoln Castle.
