A daytime indie disco party is coming to Nottingham this May

An afternoon of indie belters are promised.

If you’re partial to an afternoon session to a soundtrack of indie music, there is a party being planned in Nottingham that should be right up your alleyespecially for those still wanting to get tucked in at a reasonable hour.

The Indie Day Party is taking over NG One on Saturday, March 21 from 4-8pm with an afternoon of indie belters promised.

Songs from Arctic Monkeys, Oasis, Jamie T, The Stone Roses, Blur, Pulp, The Streets and many more indie and Britpop classics will be hitting the turntables during the four-hour music marathon.

Organisers say they have lined up ‘the best indie and alternative rock DJs’ for the event, so it promises to be an event you won’t want to miss.

They said: “We are here for the Indie Lovers. We promise to keep the party going all afternoon with the best tunes from across the biggest decades in Brit-Pop and Indie history.”

They’ve made a real commitment to giving you have a good time.

Tickets are priced between £10 and £12 – with an early bird ticket available for £6.
