Splendour act Remember Monday will fly the flag for UK at Eurovision

Country trio Remember Monday will be representing the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland in May before appearing this year’s Splendour Festival.

Remember Monday’s Eurovision entry song What The Hell Just Happened?chronicles the aftermath of a fun night out with friends, and perfectly showcases the band’s humour, relatability and their signature harmonies. The song, which is out now, is an upbeat pop track full of energy, excitement and drama.

Comprising Charlotte, Holly and Lauren, Remember Monday are a trio of best friends, who have earned a reputation for their strong vocals and perfectly blended harmonies.

The girls are set to appear at Splendour on Sunday 20 July, with organisers delighted to have them confirmed on the line up before the Eurovision announcement was made by BBC on 7 March.

Splendour organiser Anton Lockwood said: “We were already delighted to have Remember Monday playing at Splendour as they’re fantastic artists, but we’re now even more happy because it’s been announced that they’ll be repping the UK at the massive festival of music that is Eurovision!!

“Back in 2023 Eurovision megastar Sam Ryder brought Splendour a huge amount of great vibes. We believe Remember Monday can top that by going all the way, and arriving in our field as winners!”

Splendour is headlined by Bloc Party, Kaiser Chiefs, Travis and Jake Bugg, with more than 30 acts now confirmed across seven stages.
